Before placing an order, please read and accept the following terms and conditions. 1. Orders & Payments Your order is confirmed only after a successful payment. For prepaid orders, confirmation is automatic upon payment. For COD orders, accurate contact and address details are required for order approval. Adding items to your cart does not reserve or guarantee stock availability. Please use the “Check Availability” feature before placing your order. In rare cases, we may cancel your order and process a full refund if the item is out of stock. Fraudulent orders or suspicious activity may result in cancellation and account restrictions. 2. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, local conditions, or unforeseen delays. If an incorrect address is provided, re-shipping charges will apply. YOUVA COFFEE is not liable for orders lost or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses. If no one is available at the time of delivery and the parcel is returned, re-shipping costs must be covered by the customer. For COD orders, if you are unavailable, the order may be canceled. 3. Exchange Policy All products pass a strict quality check. However, we offer exchanges under the following conditions: Eligible for Exchange: You received the wrong size. You received a defective, damaged, or torn product. Not Eligible for Exchange: Product has been worn, washed, or altered. Tags, labels, or original packaging are missing. Minor color or size differences (1–2 inches). Change of mind after purchase. Items bought during sales or limited-time offers. Exchange Guidelines: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide an unboxing video and clear photos for verification. Exchanges will be processed only after approval by our Quality Check team. Exchange Timeline: Once approved, the replacement will be shipped within 7–10 business days. Returned products are first inspected before exchange approval. Fake/Damaged Product Returns: If we receive any used, fake, or tampered products, no exchange or refund will be processed, and your account may be permanently blocked. Legal action may be taken in cases of fraudulent returns. 4. Return & Refund Policy YOUVA COFFEE does not offer returns or refunds as a standard policy. Exceptions (Only in Rare Cases): You received a defective or damaged product. You received an incorrect item due to our error. In such cases: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share a valid unboxing video and photos. After Quality Check team approval, the return/refund process will begin. 5. Order Cancellation Orders can only be canceled before processing (usually within a few hours of placement). Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Once exchanged, the order is considered final and cannot be returned or canceled. 6. Size Chart Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. If the incorrect size is selected, exchange costs will be the customer’s responsibility. 7. Delivery Zones Currently, YOUVA COFFEE delivers across India. If your area is not serviceable, we’ll notify you and keep your details for future updates. 8. Intellectual Property All content including logos, designs, text, and product images on youvacoffee.com is the intellectual property of YOUVA COFFEE. Unauthorized use or reproduction will result in legal action. 9. Shipping Charges Shipping may not be free on all products. Applicable shipping fees (if any) will be clearly shown during checkout. 10. Limitation of Liability While we strive for perfection, YOUVA COFFEE is not liable for any unexpected losses or issues arising from website usage or product handling. 11. Delivery Delays Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Your patience is appreciated, and our support team is here to assist you in such situations. 12.
